Cj, the service advisor, was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything well and made me feel confident in the services they were about to provide. The wait time wasn't very long and the lounge was clean and comfortable.

Car wasn't ready when promised even though I had made an appt for a specific part replacement. Two parts had to be ordered. Very disappointing.
