Purchaced 96 Corvette great car no problems terrific price red convertible low miles mint condition would buy from again

They sold me a 2017 Ford Escape SE with a coolant intrusion issue. 3 times I was there for them to clear codes and send me on my way. Luckily for me I have saved every bit of communication from these crooks as the engine did fail just as the TSB said it would and the "best warranty in the country" wouldn't cover it because apparently I was supposed to be from Krypton and be able to see the problem as I was driving. They made it seem as though I was being unreasonable in asking for a car that works. Even went as far as to say basically that I left it alone when in reality I have ALL the text messages that show clearly it is the other way around. I'd happily join anyone in a class action suit against these criminals.

I am very pleased with my purchase… The truck runs great and Keith was very professional and curious throughout the entire process…THEY HAVE EXCELLENT AUTOMOBILES AND HELPFUL SALES REPS.. I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE THERE AFAIN OR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS ALSO….

Buyer beware with this place! They sold my son a lemon Ford Edge year 2015. This suv has been nothing but problems! Leaking oil since day one! They had to replace our engine which left us without a car for 2 months. The car still didn’t run right after the engine change! Called them many times, and was ignored or treated badly! Now the new manager Keith Cardone, more or less told me we were on our own! We need some info from them and they don’t respond, or hang up on you, how is this good business practices? I wish I could included a photo, I’d show you his response on Facebook messenger! Very rude and very crude! Now the suv is making a banging noise when you go over a bump or crack in the road! How is this good business! It’s not! I guess I’m going to have to take this further with them, because they can’t just get away with this!! It’s wrong on every level! Watch out if you buy a car here, they will screw you if given the chance! We’ve only had the suv for a year.

Keith and staff were courteous, helpful and friendly in making our purchase smooth and quick. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

They don’t stand by their word either! They sold us a xxxx car and now we’ve been told we’re on our own here, in others words they don’t care! Not even sure if this car will pass inspection, and the inspection is up! Please beware with this business! Oh and if they don’t like your question, they hang up! Worse experience of my life!

At first I loved this place they got me approved on a 07 Lincoln navigator L with $2000 down after I got screwed over by a previous dealership. In the beginning I would have recommended this place to anyone and I did. They even helped me resign my loan agreement after my daughter had been in the hospital and I was late on my first payment and Westlake wanted to take my truck. Now I will tell you to RUN the other way. I am 3 payments in, what would have been 4 and I am having all sorts of issues with my truck. I have a warranty with them, and after 5 days of having the truck back I am having problems all over again. Gary has told me that my truck is not his problem however he forgets I am covered by warranty and the law. I am probably going to get a lawyer. I have a grandson with severe medical issues and I need a reliable car and Gary went so far as to tell me that wasn't his issue either. I tried to contact them about my current issues and of course I'm being ignored like always. Stay far away from this place, they only care about the money not the actual customers.

200 subaru legacy the sat more than after 8 months I had it towed back to them as junk..8 months go by I just tor a letter from the New Jersey turnpike that my plate for the subaru is being used and driven. xxx..those crooks dont even know how much xxxx they just got into with this cause its ILLESGAL TO NOT TAKE MY xxxxx PLATE OFF oR OUT OF MY xxxx NAME .SEE YA COURT

Terrible car dealer. Cleared the check engine lights on the truck for me to check it out. After i signed the papers i get in the truck and the check engine light was on. The "technician" scanned it and found 7 trouble codes and told me it's fine and i should ignore them after i literally just bought it. Dave said he disregards check engine lights all the time and refused to help me. He knew to clear the code before a test drive though. The truck needed thousands in repairs including catalytic converters. Trying to work it out with them was pointless and i was told by Dave that he only cares about the money. He also charged me 500 more then the advertised price!! DO NOT GO HERE. No pride in the vehicles they sell. they just want your money.

Sold a vehicle that had a cracked frame. Stuck with the payments and unusable vehicle. Does not work with you for a solution and stopped returning phone calls.
