I was mins away from purchasing/settling on a used 2011 Town and Country Min-van else where, that had some of the feautures I desired but lacking the main two. My co-worker and good friend contacted Mr. Frederick, whom she had purchased all her vehicles from and found me a great deal! Not only did Mr. Frederick put me in a brand new vehicle, it has all the features I have ever wanted and now I do not have to add them in seperately, which is what I was going to have to do with the used car (like my remote starter and Navigation) but he was able to get me a lower interest rate as well. Last but not least, this has got to be the smoothest riding Mini-van I have ever ridden it, My entire family loves it, I love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!! Mr. Frederick doesnt know this yet, but my husband was so impressed, he is thinking about calling him about the new SRT8 (think I have that correct).

Purchased a new Wrangler Sahara in January, 2011, and easiest auto transaction that I ever had. I just ordered another new car last week as a result of my earlier experience. I put together the acceptable deal within five minutes, just like my last purchase.

They held my car for five days and only performed a diagnostic (which they visually inspected) and charged me $175 for. When asked for the paper work to show my warranty service they refused saying they did not have one. After going back and forth about contacting the warranty center with the correct documentation and not getting a response from Tom or Fred, I decided to tow my car else where. Now, I live in another state (PA) which Tom knew, so when the tow came and we haggled over the cost of the diagnostic, he refused to release my car! I tried to pay over the phone but then he said I had to pay by certified check or cash. He knew I lived almost two hours away! When he talked to the manager, he confirmed the outrageous request. I asked to speak to him, Craig Frederick then yelled to me that there was nothing that I could do and that he in fact had over 50 years of service. All I could think of was that he has had that long to screw people over...poor people. Stay away from these crooks!!!

Typical slimey used car salesmen. We bought a van for our family from them which soon broke down. When we brought it back they gave us $2,000 less than we paid for it. It seemed to be a typical "bait and switch" scheme.
