Albrecht GMC is what every owner would want their business to aspire to. The employees work together as a family and help each other out at the blink of an eye. Randy is very knowledgeable with a warm welcoming attitude and can answer anything you ask him. Mia went above and beyond and ran around in the pouring rain to bring the cars out front so I didn’t get too wet. She is sweet and down to earth. Jake also helped me to learn the ins and outs of the cars features with a smile and upbeat personality. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kendra in financing and alongside her beauty, her attention to detail ensured nothing was missed. OUTSTANDING Experience! Scott Dunn is an EPIC Salesman, and was very honest, kind, and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. He helped us with our trade-in as well, and made sure we did not leave the facility without knowing EVERYTHING about the car! He offered to help us, at our HOME. if we had any follow-up questions!!! Who does that anymore??? We selected a Certified, Pre-owned, Buick Encore GX. We also spoke with the General Manager, (he did not identify himself and just stopped to "chit chat" with us about our Naval Service and such!). We thought he was "just a nice guy" buying a car as well, that just noticed my USS Forrestal hat that sat down to speak with us!, (found out later the next day who he was), Mike Tarasuik. We also dealt with Kendra. A very nice lady that helped us with the paperwork. Took less than 15 minutes, and we were done! Drove home with a spic & span "new" Buick Encore! We have never, ever, had such a great experience at a dealership. From stem to stern they were all happy, helpful, and Scott was concerned that we got the car we needed!
