First time experience with Napleton was very good. We worked with Freddi Alvarado, who was extremely helpful, informative, and patient with all our questions and indecision. Unlike other dealerships that we visited, Freddie was very knowledgeable able about all the features of the cars we looked at, even a car of a different brand. Overall a very good experience.
