Yark Used Cars

This shady dealership says they safety check and recondition their used cars. FAKE NEWS! Took my Lexus to get its 1st oit change to find out the battery is bad, they put an EXTRA 1.5 QUARTS of oil in the car. Their service team is s bunch of glorified juffy lube xxxxxxx. Qhen I asked for a professional inspection due to all their mistakes I was denied. Carlos was nice when I was buying but rude af when things didnt go well STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE! Everyone at Yark should be ashamed of themselves. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

My salesman, Jeremy, was excellent. No pressure, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time going through all the purchase documents to make sure that I understood everything completely. Five Stars. The "finance manager", Lars was another story entirely. He presented a summary of "included" warranty coverage that didn't begin to match the *printed* info Jeremy had given me. (Lars was writing with a thick green Sharpie on a file folder...). I pointed out the discrepancy, and a ridiculous back-and-forth began until I finally asked for Jeremy to join the discussion. Lars had--without my knowledge, let alone permission--included in the monthly payment options a premium warranty package that cost about TEN GRAND. At no point did he ever volunteer this information until I backed him into a corner and he was forced to admit it. He backed out the package from the calculations and the payment numbers dropped by about $200/mo. One Star. I'm grateful I'm smart enough and experienced enough to have kept pushing back on the skullduggery, and I resent the oil-slick tactics on all the people without my advantages who may well have been taken for thousands of dollars. So: salesman, Jeremy, by all means. But: buyer be mega-aware of their finance dance. Insist on seeing line-item proof that the payments include only the car, not anything else, then make your own choices.
