Life Saver!

After spending the day in disappointment with car searching for our daughter, we happened upon Lee Hyundai. Gary was out front with a smile and looking to make someone’s day. That someone was me. He and Pat Ham understood my family’s needs and gave us a great deal that was fair for everyone involved. They have gained a life long customer, and I will call them before searching anywhere else from this point forward.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

I would just like to take this time to extend my sincerest thanks to Mac McElveen, Ms Julia, and the entire staff at Lee Hyundai. They have proven to me that their friendly customer service and hospitality can't be matched. This has easily been the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had to deal with. There is no haggling, no unanswered questions, no hidden fees or anything else of the sort, and my goodness the warranty packages are unmatched. They made this the purchasing process as much fun as the driving part. Thank you again Mac so much for turning me on to Hyundai, you have certainly made me a believer and I say you guys are all 2nd to none.

Wallace Bird was a top PROFESSIONAL in EVERYWAY. 9

Beautiful dealership! All personnel very friendly and helpful. Wallace Bird is without question a professional in both knowledge and matter with Which he dealt with my wife and I. Got a great deal on a new SONATA SPORT. NOT the same old "hammer the customer into sibmission" style! I will recommend Wallace Bird and LEE HYUNDAI.

Great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee Hyundai. From sales to the general manager, they are top notch. They made every step easy. They are new to the Florence area and will pleasantly surprise you if given a chance for your business.

Carris Arthur

Carris was an excellent sales person. She was upfront and worked with my entire family to help my brother and his wife get a family car. We are located all over the east coast and she took phone calls with us and made sure she was available when we finally arrived at the dealership. Can't say enough nice things about her.

Excellent experience!

We were so pleased with the sales team at Lee Hyundai of Florence. From Internet Sales with Julia to on site with KiKi and Pat, we found a friendly and knowledgeable team with no “high pressure sales” and we got a great deal! We live in Myrtle Beach and it was definitely worth the trip! Thanks again.

My experience was great!

I had a great experience at Lee Hyundai! Everyone was warm and welcoming to me. Julia was great at reaching out to me and making sure I had everything I needed. Harly was very patient with me and did a great job of ensuring that I was happy and comfortable with my new vehicle. Overall, the staff at Lee Hyundai left a great impression on me!

Awesome experience

I had very a positive experience with the staffs at the Lee Hyundai dealership in Florence. I was very pessimistic at first about visiting Lee Hyundai dealership in regards to purchasing a vehicle ;however, my sister had suggested that we stop to check to see if I like any of their vehicles. My opinion had change after interacting with the different staffs at Lee Hyundai dealership. The staffs were excellent, very friendly, patience, nice and extremely helpful throughout the course of my visits to their dealership. When we first arrived at the Hyundai dealership we were greeted by Mr. Gary L. Fetter and Mr. Grant M. Watson and they proceeded to enlighten us on the history of the Hyundai vehicles. I was intrigued after noticing how passionate and confident that Mr. Gary and Mr. Grant displayed when they talked about the Hyundai product. Mr. Gary had encouraged me to test drive the vehicles in order to determine the best vehicle that would fit my needs. He demonstrated effective listen skills by showing me vehicles that had the features that I requested as well as the price range. Mr. Gary was very flexible and work around my work schedule. The staffs demonstrated such hospitality by offer us beverages while we had waited on the paper work. When I officially complete the paper work for my new Hyundai Tuscon and I was under the impression that was going to the end of my communication with Lee Hyundai. However, I was wrong because I was invited back to the dealership so that he could go over the different features on the vehicle and he continues to offer his help through text. The staffs at Lee Hyundai took the stress out of purchasing a vehicle and treat you family. May God continues to bless the staffs and their families at Lee Hyundai dealership of Florence.

Best car buying experience I have had.

My wife and I purchased a new Sonata and I must say that it was the least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My special thanks to Wallace Bird, Julia Brownlee, Jimmy Conner and another gentleman that unfortunately I do not remember his name.
