I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at this dealership. Brian was very helpful right from the time we spoke on phone to getting me detailed pricing, all the possible discount offers etc. Due to an issue with my previous BMW leasing account I was not getting the loyalty bonus from BMW immediately. The dealership reduced the price and covered that themselves. The entire process was quick.

I was VERY impressed with Brian Bader, the salesperson I

I was VERY impressed with Brian Bader, the salesperson I worked with at BMW of San Francisco. As someone who has been in sales my entire life, I was very impressed by Brian's: customer service, knowledge, transparency on details, professionalism, and preparation. Brian went out of his way to advise me on this vehicle. You can trust him to give you a fair deal and to work with you in a professional, responsive manner.

Vincent was an excellent service advisor and helped take care of me and my X5! Was very communicative and kept me updated through the day while my car was being worked on. Would return to BMW of SF for service again.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. I had a flat tire cost by a pothole, and I was in desperate need to get it fixed so I could drive to meetings. I was immediately accommodated and received excellent service. My car was ready within two hours, and I was very pleased.

The salesman was great, but the experience of leasing was

The salesman was great, but the experience of leasing was a disaster. First option: website indicated sunroof, but there was no sunroof. Second option: car was badly damaged when pulling it from the lot. Third option: much more than I wanted to pay but there were no more options and I needed a car as my previous one was already turned in. I then asked if any features the car had would end during term and require me to pay, was told NO, now I'm told in 3 months a whole set of features I have are going to go away unless I pay a subscription fee. I clearly asked about this before driving off the lot, and would have negotiated differently, if I was told this to begin with. Very disappointed and frustrated.

It was great. I'm starting to think that BMW SF has a better service department than the others. I've had a great experiences here.
