good fast service, friendly people
stopped in for oil change and tire rotation. walked up the street for lunch and when we returned one hour later, car was ready. good service, person who wrote us up and the cashier were both very friendly people.

Mike Price was the best salesman. I bought a truck in Dec 2012 and was pleased. I went back last month and bought 2 new trucks. Both are 2013 F-150's. They have earned me as a customer for life due to the great service I received.

Excellent salesperson and staff
Our salesman, Robert Thompson was excellent. We greatly appreciated his relaxed approach to letting us browse and answer questions when we had them. I felt that he was there to help and push something at us that we did not want or need. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was personable, friendly and helpful when necessary. Great job.

Great experience
Overall it was a great experience to purchase a car in Crown Ford. I had also been to other Ford dealers, and I like Crown best, not only for the price, but also for the friendliness and professionalism.

Great Dealer
Very polite staff that didn't push. I ordered a car that had to come from Kentucky, and the sales person went up personally to get it and came in the following day on his day off, to help me finish the transaction. I also had a discount from my brother who works for Ford in Detroit, so the salesman didn't have as big a commission as usual and STILL went way above and beyond...and I LOVE my Escape. :)

batter than usual
The only annoying thing was the imediate pounce of the salesman as soon as we arrived. But after speaking to him about our needs, he didn't try to go outside our peramiters. He gave us a no nonesense set of options that worked. The dealership was clean and the people weren't too pushy
