Came to get a key cut for an older mida. The service girl didn’t know how to find the mileage on an analog dash and then argued with the reading. Then when I brought a black key in she offered to order one in the next day. Then said they couldn’t cut it. I live an hour away. Al Serra of grand Blanc cut the key when they learned the key code wasn’t available to them. Al Serra gb rocks. Brighton not so much.

My write up tech was Tristen who is always excellent. Engaging in conversation and kept me informed of my vehicles status. Service tech did a great job with a video of my vehicle. Work was completed within the specified time frame.
