Greedy bad businessmen. Bought a 2018 Cadillac XLR In 2025 november, there still haven't been able to register my car.Because these people still have a title search out for my vehicle.Even though I have attained the title myself because they didn't even have the title.When they sold me the car. Had to track them down for the fees to pay for the title from the owner.Whom they never paid in full.

I purchased a Range Rover 12/2 24. 1 month later I got an E-mail stating I needed to send a certified letter to the financial institution to get the title as they were having issues with Xcelcars. The letter was sent but no response after 2 weeks. I e-mailed Xcelcars several days ago but no response. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Also the car has a faulty E-brake that seems to cost about $1000.00 to repair.

BUYER BEWARE- Do not buy a vehicle from this place. SERG is the owner as far as I can tell and a piece of work and will take advantage of you. I live in NY and found the car I bought through cars.com belonging to Xcelcars in GA. Took advantage of me because I live in NY and shipped me a car that is highly unsafe with the engine light on that will not even pass inspection. His website claims all cars go through a rigorous inspection and only quality vehicles make it on his lot. This car SERG sold me has a BROKEN DRIVESHAFT, BROKEN SERPENTINE PULLEY BELT and the TIMING CHAIN is mis-firing. He also conned us out of an extra $600 said it was some paper filing fee after charging $99 for registration fees. This vehicle cost me close to 10k and I can’t even drive it. It is going to cost another 4-5k to get it drivable. And the best part is, when I called him about all of this he said he’s not going to pay for any of it. I told him he can have his lemon back and give me my money back and he said no and he told me he closed his business down 3 weeks ago which isn’t true either it is up and running still. He still has multiple cars available on his website. This is right before Christmas this xxx did this to me. Buy with someone else, this guy will take total advantage of you!!! Trash

Tried contacting them 3 times and through chat. Was told I would be contacted and that was a few days ago. Not a place you should do business with.

salesmen is a xxx and very rude take ur business elsewhere and do not get scammed

The salesman was a little pushy it made me uncomfortable I still would like to do business with them just not to pushy

The process was easy. Kept in touch with us about our services. Clean Cadillac. They have good clean cars and suvs.
