When in to have tire repaired but they were unable to do

When in to have tire repaired but they were unable to do so. They did have a replacement and they did the work in a timely manner. Aston kept me informed on what the problem was and how long it would take. Really good service. This is my second car I’ve bought from them. Has been a good experience each time

Garett Johnson was exceptional from start to finish, warm, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low pressure. He answered every question with patience and clarity, making sure we felt confident and informed throughout the process. Thanks to Garett and the stellar team behind him, we drove away in a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Crosstrek Sport that exceeded our expectations, both in quality and value. The deal was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire experience felt tailored to us rather than scripted. If you're shopping for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and head to Doug Smith. And when you do, ask for Garett Johnson. He deserves every bit of praise, but credit also goes to everyone involved in the sale. They were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. I always get my Subaru Ascent serviced at Doug Smith. Their mechanics are top notch and Josh and Dan the service writers are GREAT! I have nothing bad to say about everyone I have dealt with at this dealership.
