We have now purchased our 3rd Subaru Forester from Doug Smith. It is pricey to get service work done at the dealership, but we never worry about the quality of the work. Everyone is very helpful from sales, parts, service and repair personnel who listen to our questions and willing to go the extra mile. We love our Subarus and the experiences we have had at Doug Smith Subaru. We especially appreciate all the help we have had from our sales person Ben P.

Very helpful thoughtful step through with me all the way so I would know what to do and how to do with a new car very accommodating kind. It was a good experience. This is Jerry Brereton. I appreciate everything that he did for that. The dealership did, but Mitch did a great job for me as well as whoever had to pay the money too anyway it was good so I would recommend a 100%.
