I researched several dealerships before deciding on Doug Smith. AJ was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He followed up with me and I was very satisfied with him. The finance manager was also professional and I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend this dealership for a good deal and buying experience.

Danny was incredible as he was very informed about the vehicles and had a pleasant attitude. It was refreshing to work with someone who obviously loves their job. It made our buying experience fun. And, we love our new Sportage Hybrid! Thank you Danny and team Doug.

Overall my experience was excellent. Kourtney, the sales consultant, was professional and equally pleasant. She responded promptly to all of my requests and questions. Most important of all, she listened and when I asked for her best and final offer it was — as opposed to other dealerships who still wanted to negotiate after submitting their best and final. She listened well, and, as a result, I never needed to ask follow up questions for clarification. She even replied to some of my messages on her day off. MJ, the finance manager, was easy to work with as well. When I said no, he respected my answer and didn't try to push anything on me. All in all, a completely satisfying experience. Kudos to them!
