Treated us right!

Doug Smith Kia and our awesome salesman Shrek (like the movie) treated us so well when buying our new Telluride today! They were straightforward and fair on price (no games) and made the process easy. I’ve bought about 10 vehicles over the years and this was one of our best experiences.

Doug smith isn't bending people over

This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase through a car dealer that I have ever done! I worked with Rowdy and not one time did I feel like I was being jerked around not only that they are not charging the garbage "Market Adjustments" that everyone is charging. I paid MSRP which is fair, there was no stupid dealer tactics which I really appreciate. My only gripe is that the car went through some serious weather in transit and it was not detailed very well on the outside but I chocked it up to them being busy.

Kia k5

We shopped for a Kia K5 and Chad Fulton helped us out. The dealership was amazing and so was Chad! He helped get us my dream car and worked with us in every way!! We will be back in a couple years for sure !!!

Amazing service and the friendliest staff

A couple days ago, I went into the dealership to trade in my Durango for a smaller SUV. Ended up purchasing a Kia Sportage EX. Josh Carter was our associate who helped us out. Usually I’m pretty uncomfortable with the whole car buying process, but Josh’s personality and sense of humor really makes you feel at home and at ease. You know you’re being taken care of. I appreciate all the help he provided and can’t recommend him enough if you’re in need of another vehicle! He’s so awesome you’ll leave that dealership with a new car and a new friendship! This my friends is how dealerships should always be! Thanks so much for everything Doug Smith Kia! You have a keeper in Josh!

Teacher, mom, newly divorced

I had a fantastic experience with both Chad and Darin and would highly recommend them. They listened to my needs, and went above and beyond, helping me to get the car I wanted for the best price and interest rate. I would definitely buy a car there again!

Amazing Service

I had an incredible experience finding a new car with these guys. It went extremely smoothly as I told them exactly what I wanted and they helped me get the best price and situation for getting a new car. I want to leave a special thanks to Lyn for being so kind and patient through the whole thing because I was pretty indecisive at times. He helped me navigate my new car and we took it for a test run as well and the car is sooo nice. Setting everything up for the paperwork was really smooth and easier than I thought it would be. I really appreciate everyone at Doug Smith Kia for being so kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend people go to you to get a new car.
