Bryan Chaffee was the key to making my experience with Park Place exceptional in every way. Bryan presented a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles I was considering and was happy to answer every question and even anticipate a few. Like most new car buyers, I had limited time and a certain measure of trepidation about the process. Bryan made things easy, was in constant communication with me and stayed late or came in early in order to make things work. I appreciate all of these little things and Bryan's easy-going manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Park Place and recommending Bryan to anyone who needs to purchase a new luxury car. Thank you!

Recommended -- but with big caveats

The first thing you have to understand is that Park Place has a virtual monopoly on Mercedes sales in Dallas. There is a smaller dealer in Plano, but it is inconvenient if you live in Dallas and their inventory is far smaller. To get a decent deal on a new Mercedes from PP, you need to be connected with a group program that has a pre-negotiated fixed price discount. USAA has the best deals so that connection is very helpful. Without such a program, you're dealing with a monopoly situation so best of luck in securing a good deal. If you have an existing car, its best to sell it outright and not trade it in. They won't give you a fair price and their initial trade in offer will likely be an insult. They are horrible about add-on fees at closing. Insist that the finance guy go over the closing statement line-by-line and slowly. They like to breeze through it, skipping the add on fees -- which is a whole added profit center for them. What do I mean here? They have a $350 "dealer prep" fee which, as near as I can tell, consists of washing the car. Total ripoff. Don't pay it. They have a "documentation fee" which the state capped at $50 until a couple of years ago, but now PP tries to charge $145. They add in an "inventory tax" fee, which is typically $150 to $200 added per vehicle. They have no legal right to collect these fees and they add up to way over $500 per car. Call bs on them. I guess they figure that if you're buying a Mercedes you don't care about add on charges. They tout the free car wash. Yes, it is there if you have an average of 45 minutes to burn after driving to PP. Mercedes are very expensive to maintain. Parts are expensive and so is the labor charge. Customer service is good; not wonderful. The people here are nice, but that's their job. They are in the customer service business. But you need to do some preparation and stand up for yourself before you seriously look at buying here. Do some research on buyers programs with the pre-negotiated discount. It will save you some bucks.

Rola had a good understanding of the mercedes technology and the model we were interested in. He worked with us regarding price and we felt we received a fair price and excellent service. Rola was very easy to work with and made the process of buying a car hassle free in comparison to other cars we have purchased in the past. I would recommend this dealer and Rola to any of my friends.

It has been great working with Adam Bradford. He helped me with the purchase of my wagon and when I needed a convertible he came through again. I am very fortunate to have him as my advisor and I will go to him again when I am ready for my next Mercedes. Adam is such a pleasure to work with and makes the experience as painless as possible.

Great customer service but BUYER BEWARE....

Friendly staff, great customer service. Would not do business with them EVER again! Sold me my certified preowne GLK-350 with faulty squealing brakes, and after 6 months old telling me it was normal, I finally traded in for a new GLK-350 (since company never offered to repair or replace braking system). And had negative equity of course- screwed me there for something they sold me that wasn't aomething that should've been "certified" or on the lot in the first place. Sold me a new one without having an inspection done, Was in shop for 2 months within first 6 months I owned it, and biggest of all, didn't follow through with prepaid services I was promised when signing paperwork! BUYER BEWARE- DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AN SIGNED ON!!!!!

Friendly staff, great customer service, but nothing but horrible experiences BOTH times! Selling me an uninspected car, promising prepaid service and not fulfilling it, etc. Watch out- MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, AND SIGNED!!

Finding the right words to describe my entire Park Place...

Finding the right words to describe my entire Park Place experience is difficult but what I can tell you is that it was like no other that I have ever received from a dealership. It's hard to comprehend that I went from sending an email about a car that I thought would be impossible to have, considering my personal circumstance, to enjoying the pure pleasure of actually driving a new Mercedes-Benz. My fantastic experience begun with a call from Bryan Chaffee who made the impossible, in my mind, a reality that I will never forget. This reality is attributed to Bryan's exceptional customer service that falls directly in line with the companies' mission statement. Bryan, unlike any other salesmen that I have encountered, took the time to get to know me like a good friend and was able to better suit me with a car that met my needs and desire. This is a prime example of what customer service is and should be! It's this kind of client relationship and Bryan's can-do attitude that made me a believer that Park Place is dealer of choice and one that treats you like family. He actually made the buying process hassle-free and exciting as I have always dreaded the buying intimidation process. What a way to introduce a new customer to the Mercedes family. To finalize my expression, I can't tell you how much I love my C250 and the pleasure that I get when I get behind the wheel. This coupled by the outstanding customer service that I received compels me to brag and recommend Park Place as the dealer of choice and of course to recommend Bryan as the point of contact.

Stacey IS the reason I keep coming back to Park Place Dallas to purchase my Mercedes Benz'. She is an outstanding agent and I would only consider buying from her. Upon arrival to take delivery of my C250, she had my satteline radio service funcitoning and had also transferred my old account for me. I cannot begin to imagine purchasing a vehicle without her as my sales agent.

Wow, amazing customer service at this dealership. I have been car hunting for a few weeks now and this is the first place that I did not feel any pressure at all to make the deal or the feeling of being trapped by the sales person. Todd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even though Hyundai is not the main car they sell at this dealership. Anything he did not know the answer to he was willing to quickly find out the answer. I was not 100% sold on the car I was looking at so it was Todd's idea to go home and think about it and we could work up the numbers and credit app tomorrow. I have never had a sales person suggest this and I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of Park Place and Mr. Wehba. I will definitely be returning regardless of the car I choose to deal with him again.
