Unique Trucks

Bought a truck from this dealer remotely. I live in California. They claimed the truck was in perfect condition and that they would send it to me on a flatbed and if I didn't like it I could send it back with the same flatbed it came on. When the truck arrived I test drove it and immediately noticed violent shaking or what is referred to as a death roll. I called Jerry who is the salesperson I dealt with and explained the problem. After haggling with him for a half an hour the dealership agreed to pay for 50% of the cost of new tires. Once the new tires were installed the problem went away. When I received the truck it came with a 90 day temporary Arizona registration. After about a month I called Unique Trucks to enquirer when my title would be sent to me and was told the title would be sent to my lender. I've been calling my lender every week and finally they just confirmed having received the Digital Title this past Saturday, a full 2 and a half months after I purchased the vehicle. My lender is saying it'll take another 5-6 weeks for them to retest the paper title and send it to my California DMV office. This means my truck's registration will expire and the truck will need to sit for more than a month without me being able to drive it due to Unique Truck's screwup. I have tried to call this dealership countless times and all I get is a voicemail. Think twice and thrice before doing business with this dealership. Their customer service is non existent once you have given them your money. NEVE AGAIN UNIQUE TRUCKS!!    

Stay away from this dealership... I purchased a 2017 Ford F250 from this dealership in August of 2024 and had it shipped to my house. After receiving the truck, it failed a safety inspection. I communicated all issues with the sales rep and I was told to get it repaired and send the bills to him so the dealership could reimburse me. There were 4 issues, A leaking front differential, non-working emergency brakes, faulty gas gauge, and one of the headlights was not working. During repairs, I found out that the emergency brakes and the control module for the headlight were missing from the truck. After repairs were complete, I called the dealership several times because they were giving me the run around about the repair bills. I even had the pleasure of getting chewed out by the owner for lying about the repairs! It supposedly passed inspection in their shop before it was shipped out. They must have just filled out the form and not even looked at the truck! After weeks of waiting and calling, I discovered that I had been lied to from day 1 about the truck and it's condition. I did finally get some money from them for the repairs but It was a terrible experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.

Stay away from this dealer, do not purchased anything from them they will sell you something that don’t work and don’t want to take responsibility

Since I bought my truck I have had several issues with no real help. We are not 60 days from when I traded in my Jeep, and it still has not been paid off! I have spoken with Leah the GM serval times and keep being told she will handle it, but never calls me back when she says she will, and my previous financer has not received any payment. She is now avoiding my calls and texts. So now I am on the hook for the payment of a jeep I do not even have. I will be contacting a law form today. Shortly After I purchased I got a service light, and was told to take it to a specific company and the dealership could cover the small cost. After a week of the mechanic trying to work with Unique I had to end up paying because they refused.

Looked all over the Phoenix area for the “perfect” truck. We drove roughly 195 miles to find it, looked all day and made our final stop at Unique Motor sports(wished it was our first!)Made for an extremely long day.. This dealership exceeded our expectations. They took out every truck we wanted to test drive, let us take our time and there was absolutely no hassle. No pressure and the financing was quick! They gave us an amazing deal on a truck at the price and monthly payment we were looking for. Their inventory it’s some of the best I had seen that day by far! Don’t look to far for your next ride! I would absolutely recommend them! Staff is super friendly and helpful as well!

Buying a truck from a dealership can be like pulling teeth, although Darren made the process easy and smooth as possible. I found my truck on line. I knew exactly what i was looking for, he had it on his lot. The pictures were great! I called Darren and he did the rest. He got me approved for financing and then delivered the truck to me the next day and I live in Northern AZ. Can't say enough good things about Unique Motors!
