ATTITUDE PROBLEM, NASTY PEOPLE,
Called this morning (monday), I woke up on sunday to a dead battery, I was able to jump my car and run it, but battery was dead again during the day (sunday). Monday morning same thing, called and was told bring car in right away, I did that and was told that "they can check my battery but can't fix it until maybe next week" then i asked the manager and was told" if i leave it for 2 days they might be able to get to it" but no loaner car. ( FYI I've purchased about 10 vehicle's from this dealer). I called Curry chevy in scarsdale, I was told bring it now and they will get to it today, I had an appointment with my sons school so couldn't do it but i was offered an appointment tomorrow Tuesday at 10 am and i can wait for it. The awesome service person also told me a recall on my vehicle would also be repaired tomorrow. the New Rochelle Chevy service person had a nasty attitude. I will do business with Curry Chevrolet from now on!!

They went above and beyond. I brought in in for an oil change and didn't even know my inspection had expired. They grabbed the bull by the horn and notified me of the need and assisted in getting me in and out quickly and efficiently.
