I will not recommend this dealer simply because I do not want to influence someone else's finances, it has nothing to do with the dealer. Austin Conner my salesman was GREAT!

Recent Service Experience
In the last almost 11 years I have purchased two new cars here and have only taken them here for service. Both scheduled maintenance and non-scheduled maintenance. I cannot say enough positive comments about the sales and service staff. Especially the service staff. They will make you feel like you are the only customer they see. If anything should crop up about the visit it is quickly and professionally taken care of. Will not take my car anywhere else for service.

very happy with my lease
Not having the best credit score, I went in to the dealership with low expectations. Dj worked with me without putting any pressure on me and we were able to find a car I could lease. Happy with my decision and excited to go back in three years.

Difficult Avalon a/c repair.
A big thank you to the repair team at Jeff Wyler Toyota Springfield Hillcrest Center. My a/c repair turned into a very frustrating repair for you due to incorrect parts sent to you I just wanted to let you know that it is working great now and thank you for my car being spotless when I picked it up.👍👍 A huge thank you to Jeff Miller for staying late and being so patient with me. He waited for me to go home and get a coupon that I forgot to bring with me and for not getting upset when the coupon was for Kia and not Toyota (Wow was I embarrassed)😊😊😊 Again, a huge "thank you" to the service team and to Jeff Miller. Fast and courteous. They seam like family.

Refused to take a personal check
Today ... after visiting this dealership for almost 25 years .... my personal check was refused as payment for a car service. They will take my check to buy a car but not good enough for maintenance / repair. I will be going elsewhere in the future. I was informed that it was a "corporate decision" . Unfortunately in other areas they are doing quite well. They are flexible and work to get my car in when I need help. But I choose not to put my service / repair on a credit card.

We are very sorry that you were offended by our new policy concerning customers wanting to pay for parts and service with a check. This policy was not put in place for you and individuals like yourself, it unfortunately came about because of the large number of bad checks we have been receiving for parts and repair work. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

JD and Danielle were so wonderful and helpful in helping me find my car. They were not pushy and provided incredible customer service. If you are looking for a car and want service that is attentive, helpful and not pushy, I would highly recommend JD and Danielle!

All good but the waiting
LOF, tire rotation, wipers replaced, all very nice. Wait time too long when I had an appointment. 75 minutes of waiting was too long for this procedure

Service Center
Four times at least having to go back to the dealership to get work completed correctly. Examples are getting tires rotated with inspection of the brake system and they did not let me know that the pads were worn out. Had to get new rotors on all four wheels. Latest example being this past Friday, getting four new tires and having to go back after leaving the dealership because the tire pressure light came on. Found out two hours later that the tire pressure warning sensors were not recalibrated. Six hours two get four new tires, ridiculous.

best deal I could find
I Looked at several dealers and got the best deal at Jeff Wyler. The Sales rep manager stayed extra late to help us. Very friendly.
