I had a problem with my brakes not wanting to engage when I had to stop quickly. I took it to Jeff Wylers to have them checked out, which I had to leave my Jeep because it wasn't safe. We had to rent an SUV because we had to leave for vacation the next day. Jeff Wyler's took care of our brakes and the rental car; we couldn't be happier. The brakes work great again.

We called the dealership as we live 1 hour away. We wanted to be sure that the Lease deal for the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze was going to be 100% of what they advertised since we lived so far away. My experience of buying my car was a good experience. I didn't feel pressured in any way. If I was pressured I would not have bought my car with Jeff Wyler. I do not like that kind of approach of selling. The salesman did a good job working with us and making sure we were satisfied.

We worked with John Montico, at the Hyundai dealership. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, no pressure! The thing we liked best being able to drive vehicles in the same class within a couple miles of each other. It allowed us to compare ride, features, cost, and make an informed decision on the purchase. The finance department did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership. The vehicle was nicely prepped and ready to go well before we signed the last documents. I highly recommend doing business with Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall.
