I was surprised how fast and easy jeff wyler service department operates! They help you the second you walk in,very curtious and had me taken care of and drove me home in there courtesy van in under 15 minutes,Exellent service that I've never experienced before!! Thanks Jeff Wyler!!

All day oil change

Had appointment 9:30 dropped car off for recall door latch and oil change called dealership at 1:30 operator gave me service dept voice mail I called back again 2:30 same thing very disappointing not being able to talk to somebody ended up have the car until 4:30. Lack of communication

Great Service

They always do an excellent service on my car and I have no complaints. I went in for a oil change and maintenance and left a water bottle there. I had to return a few days later for new tires and they had my water bottle that I had left. Now that is excellent service.

The service rep. took time.

I took our 2016 Prius in for regular maintainence and a brake issue I had some questions about. The service man took time for a test drive with me to explain the braking system and computer impulse to regenerate the battery. It still brakes a bit differently than previous Prius' we've owned, but I'm assured that it's alright.

Wonderful experience!

Two members of the Jeff Wyler team were wonderful enough to stay after hours to ensure we had a great experience purchasing a vehicle. The sales man was wonderful. Very helpful and personable! The gentleman who wrote out our paperwork was nothing short of amazing. We had a slight issue (out of their control) that was taken care of and then some. It had been a very favorable experience and would recommend any to deal with this specific dealership!

First service after purchase

Excellent experience! Appointment scheduling was a breeze. A few simple questions to identify myself and it was done! I especially liked the confirmation email from the dealership. Met by R. Jeffrey Miller at drop-off and less than 30 minutes later I was ready to go. Quick and painless.

Purchased first new car

I came here to purchase my first new vehicle as this place was highly recommended by a friend. They were extremely helpful with finding a vehicle in our price range and were very thorough throughout the entire process.

Extremely happy

I want to thank DJ Hester my car salesmen and everyone at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet for working so hard to get me into a brand new car. I never thought I would be able to purchase one. Some how you worked your magic and was able to get me into my 2016 Chevy Sonic LT. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking to get a new car to go and see DJ Hester he is at the Jeff Wyler Auto Mall in Springfield OH . I know I will be going back the next time I need another car.

Polite, informative, not pushy.

Have had great experience with both of my vehicle purchases within the past year. Returned this year for a car for my husband. The guys we worked with were all professional, friendly and helpful. They truly work as a team.

Best place to buy Toyota

A friend of ours bought a vehicle from this dealership and was helped by Jeff Coburn. After hearing nothing but good things about the dealership and salesman we decided to drive from Columbus to Springfield ourselves to have a look. Jeff was not only friendly but also helpful in getting us into a new car that met our needs. As we just added 1 to our family count, the Rav4 was a perfect fit, great price and Toyota was offering 0% interest. Perfect! What I like most about this dealership is that I did not feel like a small fish in a tank of sharks. I was not pushed, pressured or coerced into a purchase. Instead we left with information, discussed it over lunch and returned the next day to make our purchase. Thank you Jeff for your time, patience and knowledge of the vehicles, it was your courtesy that ultimately led us to purchase new from Jeff Wyler. I also forget the name of the finance guy who "settled the bill" but he was wonderful as well, same with the manager Jay. Thanks alot to all 3 of you!
