Needed Replacement Car due to accident

I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I was needing a replacement car. I was put in touch with David Bowling who was so very helpful, kind, and very professional. He not only checked on my progress from being injured, but assured me he would find the replacement car I wanted--and he did. He kept in touch regularly to tell me the progress on finding a car. He was very adamant on getting the right car I needed, and the price I could pay. When he called and said he found the car--that was it. I didn't need to look any further--I liked the car and drove off the same day. I would recommend him anytime.

Service center

My Dodge Ram had a recall a year ago that I contacted Jeff Wyler for, they said they didn't have the needed parts and would call me when they came in. To make a long story short I was never contacted and I accidentally threw the recall notice away and now it doesn't even show up in the recall lists. Anyway, I got another recall for the same vehicle so I called Jeff Wyler again to schedule the repair and again they don't have the needed parts and will have to contact me when they come in. After waiting over three weeks and not hearing from them I call them and the parts are there!!!! I have no idea if I would ever have been called or not. By the way this is Jeff Wyler in Springfield. When I did get my truck in it was fixed (or so I am assuming)

First service visit

I took our new 2016 Traverse in at 7:30 am for oil service, warranty work, and minor touch up paint. They took me home after dropping my car off, called me at 2:00 to tell me that the work was finished and sent the drive to my house to pick me up. I was on my way home by 3:00. They asked me to stop in a few days prior to determine what parts were needed to assure that the parts were in stock prior to my appointment date. My salesman, Eric made the arrangements for the touch up paint appointment.

Great job!

I went in to Hyundai to get an oil change. I spoke with Aaron, the salesperson with my previous lease and he worked with me until I was satisfied. I drove away with a new car. I am thankful for all that was done for me!

A Positive Experience in Every Way

Our experience recently with Jeff Wyler Toyota was very positive from start to finish. While we were Waiting in the service lounge for routine checks on our Scion, my husband and I looked at the new 2016 Toyotas, and the new 2015's in the special August sale. We discussed the cars and deals with salesman, John Smith. He was thoroughly informed on the comparisons and contrasts of the Toyotas on the lot, and on other brands of cars in the categories that interested us. He could answer our questions. He was never pushy. John suggested we wander around the cars and then as more questions. We chose th think about the deals and options overnight. Meanwhile we received excellent care and advice about our Scion from the service department. By the second day, we had checked many things out for ourselves on line. We took several test drives. Several other employees also talked with us and answered questions, I cannot remember their names. John and the business manager, Matt Crosbie, worked out all the details with us in the purchase of our 2015 Prius Three. Our car purchase at Jeff Wyler dealership was a completely positive experience.

A great satisfying experience

April Kelly met us with a smile and let us test drive three different cars we were interested in. While on the test drive she explained the features and took her time and acted as she really enjoyed our company. She did not rush us, and we did not feel any pressure to rush into a decision. She listened to our concerns and worked with her boss to get us the deal we could live with. We would recommend April, Jeff Wyler and the other associates we witnessed working with other customers.
