/Needed a used vehicle

I badly needed a used vehicle to replace a worn out SUV. I wasn't really looking forward to this task. I contacted Chuck, whom I have dealt with before and within an hour he helped me find a great fit. It was a very positive experience thanks to Chuck and the Financial staff. Thanks Jeff Wyler.

Great Customer Service

We bought a Dodge Charger from them. Tim the Sales Manager was great. he went above and beyond to insure we were satisfied with out purchase. The service department was courteous and did a great job. We will make the hour long drive to by from them again.

Oil change

Once again we were completely satisfied with this service. We observed the following ... # Your employees are very well trained and were happy to answer any question that we had. # everything that we asked about they were willing to take care of and it was all satisfactory. #Even those employees that did not work on our Highlander were polite and friendly. # Your restrooms were spotless and surely the cleanest ones we have entered. Yahoo!! #They all did a great job especially the person that fixed my phone problem and I am sorry that I cannot remember his name.. #We were happy to see the salesman. who sold us are super Highlander on our visit. Ken Berrry and is a super person and one of the most pleasant SALESMAN we have had trying to buy our cars. Thanks Ken. #Thanks for the pleasant visit and we will see you next 5000 miles!!

Loving my new Chevy Equinox

This was my first time shopping or buying at Jeff Wyler's which has been my mistake. I will be a returning customer and no longer a first time buyer at Wyler's. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable through the process. Everyone was so helpful in getting me into my first brand new car!!! My salesman was Andy Richards and he was awesome!! He was a busy guy and I am sure I was not his only customer that day, but he made me feel as if I was. I will recommend others to Jeff Wyler's and absolutely give them Andy's name as a contact. It was almost closing time as we were completing the deal on my new car, but Andy and associates were not concerned about going home, they only wanted to get me taken care of to the very end. Great hassle free dealership.

Went in knowing what car I wanted negotiated a good price and 2 hours later drove it off the lot. Very easy dealership to work with. Andy was honest and upfront.

Great service

We recently worked with April to purchase a new to us Nissan Rogue. It was by far the best experience i have had purchasing a vehicle. They stayed on top of the process, and put us in exactly what we were wanting while keeping us well within our budget. They never tried to push us to get what they wanted to sell us, instead concentrated on finding the perfect vehicle we wanted. My family has done business with Jeff Wyler before, and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Definitely a great sales team when it comes to making the customer happy.

Awesome experience both times.

Collin Crowe was our salesman in 2014 when we found ourselves needing to buy a truck while in Springfield Ohio. He was young and eager to help. It was such a good experience that when we were looking for a new car (even though we lived almost 800 miles away) we thought of him and the sales managers at Jeff Wyler. Collin studied up on the features of my new 2016 Charger Hellcat so he could help familiarize me with it. Very professional and I would highly recommend him and Jeff Wyler for your next car or truck.
