Best Experience purchasing a car ever!!!!!

I actually started looking over a year ago, when Tammie Breslin contacted me online. She was not pushy at all. When I started looking again recently Tammie again contacted me and walked me through the process always making me feel at ease. Never made me feel pressured, but making sure I was comfortable with everything. I have made a Friend and will send as many Friends and Family her way as I can. Melissa the purchase processor was also very nice and explained everything very clearly to me. Great team!!!!!!!! Love my new car and my new relationship with the Wyler Team!!!

service on toyota rav4

Had a great experience at the service department..I was greeted and assisted promptly and told the work I needed along with 2 recalls would take about 2 hours. They offered to have their shuttle driver take me home or I could wait. I chose to go home. The driver was prompt and courteous and told me he would be picking me up also..I picked up my car and was totally satisfied! Thanks, Gary Hayes- service director! Sincerely, Sandy Vertrees

First service appointment

My first service appointment was a very positive experience. The Service Advisor met me when I drove in and greeted me by name. When I signed the repair order he guided me the reception area . A short time later he came out and let me know my vehicle was ready. Very positive experience

Fast service.

I thought the service department was fast and efficient. It was the first time I had my 4 runner service there. The staff was very friendly too.

Thank you on behalf of my son and myself. Tammie has been so helpful with finding us the perfect vehicle. The whole process took two hours in all and this has been the fastest car deal im have ever been to. Tammie was showing off the shining beacon of her generosity. very comfortable transaction

TJ Smith was our salesman. He was very professional with us and answered all our questions with honest answers. Thanks to him, we were really happy with our purchase of our new KIA Sportage. Part repair

I like Jeff Wyler; however, I noticed it took over a month for them to diagnose the problem in my car. They also had my warranty incorrect, which could have cost me an unnecessary expense. (This was corrected). I appreciated the free oil change coupon that was given to me. Prefer to be called by my first name, no terms of endearment. They need to make sure the part is in the shop before allowing customers to make an appointment. I went to my appointment only to be sent home and reschedule. I appreciate the free transportation. Thank you.
