Positive experience when we had to take our Toyota Tacoma in for recall repairs. Great communication by Jeff Wyler representatives. We were kept up to date through the entire process. All associates were pleasant and greeted us wherever we were inside the dealership and service bay lobby.

Hyundai service
Hyundai service department test drove my Sonata, found and fixed a software issue, test drove again and then charged nothing for the service. Unexpected, but much appreciated.

We always get good, fast and reliable service from Jeff Wyler in Springfield, OH. Vaughn was great. He read through the maintenance records on my vehicle and was able to recommended the service that was needed. He also helped me save some money, which was greatly appreciated!

Excellent Service!
I just completed my fourth buying experience at Jeff Wyler’s. Each time I have received exceptional help from everyone involved throughout the process. Danielle Finch proved just how in tune she is with her customers even before I met her face-to-face by calling and talking to me about a great car that they had available for me. What she didn’t know was that it was the exact car that I had already fallen in love with on their web site! When I went back the next day to complete the paperwork, I got to work with yet another great associate, Mike Davis. He walked me through the entire loan process, explaining my options and answering all my questions. My car buying experience was flawless! The associates were extremely helpful and never made me feel as though I needed to rush through the process. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler’s Springfield Auto Mall to anyone that is looking for a new car!

Have bought/leased all of my cars from Jeff Wyler Springfield and before. I started in 1994 with Chuck Otstot and have continued with only him. He always knows the product and takes the time to make sure when you drive off the lot you have no questions. Just give him a call, tell him what you want and he will deliver. The rest of the Wyler staff have always been very professional and helpful as well.

Service department is awesome
I have an older Toyota and the service department went beyond the normal standards and delivered exceptional care. They listened, explained and resolved my problem. If I buy another vehicle I will look here first, because of the service department.
