I can't say enough nice things working with the sales & finance team at RBF. It was a great experience! There was no pressure, they took time with us, answered all of our questions, and followed up with everything needed to purchase and deliver our new truck to us.

It was a pleasure working with the sales department the showed us a few vehicles and let us test drive a couple. There was no pressure at all. We made our choice the Maverick the only problem was they did not have the color we wanted. So they searched and found one near by and got it for us. It was there in three days. So we bought it on the spot.

They lied and did not honor their commitments. I typically don't write reviews (good or bad) but i felt this one needed a review. They allowed a theft of a hitch on a truck that i bought from them and they delivered to me. Upon inspection, i immediately noticed that the hitch was missing and notified them. They strung things along just long enough for paperwork to go through and they would get paid. Now they won't return calls or email despite several attempts that i have made
