Misleading

I was told two different prices and neither one was right. I was charged 250 more than expected. I paid 330 in labor and only 186 in parts. Morgan is who I spoke with when I asked about prices and to set up my appointment. Matt is who my wife talked too and he never mentioned anything about the 330 in labor either. This is sad and ridiculous. then Matt tried to lie and said he did which he didn’t. So sad. Matt also tried to get rude with me when I explained to him. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Jeff Wyler to get there car serviced by these people.

Great dealership

They helped us get a new car. The service department is great with scheduling and performing the service. Staff is very polite. Thank you so much.

Friendly, helpful, professional

Scott and Dave helped me to get a new car. Something I've struggled with for a few years. They even stayed later to make sure I was able to drive off that day! I recently went in for my first oil change and the service desk employees were very nice. The oil change didn't take long at all to do either, which was great!

Oil change and “recall” notice

I appreciate the efficiency and care of the service provided. Mathew was very good at explaining the reason for the recall and what to do if I experience any issues.

Consistent high quality, friendly and urgent service

The team is great at providing concise information and respecting the fact that my time is important. Vaughn runs a clean operation, Sonny is a pleasure. The entire team is great.

6 Months service.

Personal at service center were very friendly and courteous.Service was completed as promised. Will bring my vehicles back when they are due their 6 months service.

Have a problem with a factory recall.

A factory recall was completed some time ago and it has a problem. I have brought it to your attention on a prior visit but nothing was ever done to even check it out. Now the person that was helping me told me that to check it out would cost me. I am a senior on a fixed income and if I half to pay to get it checked out it will not be at your place of business. As long as I have to pay, it will be at a diff6 Dodge dealer.

Everything was fixed correctly.

I will come back again. Customer service was very friendly and efficient . All work was done in a timely manner. My apt. was booked according to my work schedule , and I was glad to be able to pick up after work.

Eric (The Dragon) Powell

Looking for my next vehicle was in Columbus yesterday and the salesman didn't seem like he really wanted to sell me a vehicle so I left went to Jeff Wylers sight found a few vehicles I liked and that's where I met Eric Powell he showed me the one's I liked and low and behold bought my next Ram Eric and the staff are an awesome group to help you find the right vehicle for you in your price range couldn't ask for more patience then what they have they made me feel like family not just a customer when it was time to sign my paperwork i put on the honorary komodo which is how the name Eric (Dragon) Powell thanks all at Jeff Wylers for making it a memorable experience that i could never forget
