Service visit
For the most part the visit was standard. I did find it very annoying and time consuming that I had to wait for the person at the counter to hand right all of my information when I had made an appointment and the service department already had all of my information. It should not take that long to drop off for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. At pick up, I had to request a copy of my multi point inspection, which again took much more time than it should have, this should be provided to clients without them having to ask for it. Everyone is courteous, location is clean, service prices are fare.

Best Experience Ever
I had already researched and test drove the Hyundai Santa Fe in Columbus, Ohio so when I seen the price from Jeff Wyler Hyundai I called Grady Blessings and between him and Alek Morelock we worked out the price I wanted on the phone and the next day I went to Springfield and purchased the Santa Fe model in white that I wanted. The transaction was seemless and stress free.

Great to work with
Had a check engine light come on in my 2 month old car. Got me right in, and was only there for about an hour while they checked it out.

2019 Soul (3rd One) Salesman & GM a 10/10, Finance Mgr. 0/10
I called the dealership and asked for a ballpark figure of what would they give me for my 2014 Soul+ w/51K miles on it? I was quoted between 9-11K for my Soul. Went to the dealership met w/Eric Powell (salesman), he had them check out my vehicle and they came back w/an offer of $6,500 for a trade in value. Told them forget it. They then all went into a huddle in the Finance Manager's office for over ten minutes. I proceeded to go into the office I asked what was taking so long, I told them I would take $8,500 for my trade in take it or leave it, to which the Finance Mgr. agreed. I had to then go home and open my credit (I freeze it) so they could obtain my score for two sources. Came back to the dealership and after sitting for 30 minutes, Eric brought the paperwork out and it was $3,000 over what I knew it should be. Went back into the finance officers office and he is trying to sell me why it was $3000 more. At that point I explained to him I wasn't going to let him F#%^^&$ me out of 3K and got up and stated to leave. The Finance Manager then followed me out into the lobby and into the parking lot as I told him to stay away as he kept repeating "God Bless You Sir" just after he tried to screw me out of $3,000. I returned home and Eric called, asking if there was any way we could salvage the deal. I gave him the following figures: Vehicle List Cost, minus rebates, minus trade in, plus TX/Title/Loan Interest, etc. Told him take that to your GM and let me know who had the right numbers. He called me back and gave him approximately the same number bottom line for the car that I had given him. Purchased the vehicle and noticed when I was signing the loan agreement they had me over 6%, APR with a credit score of 833, this will be addressed this next week. My dealing w/Eric and Scott are the only reason I purchased this vehicle from Jeff Wyler. As it has been said one bad apple can spoil the entire barrel, I feel that is what happened here, time will tell. Oh by the way I have over 25 years in professional sales including Orthopedic Total Joint Replacement, Diagnostic Lab Services and General/Corporate Aviation MRO sales. I KNOW SALES AND NUMBERS!

Best experience ever!
I took our 2012 Prius C into Jeff Wyler for service, and while there I talked to Jeff Coburn (salesman) about trading our 2012 Prius in on a leftover 2018 Prius C. He was not pushy at ALL, and gave me a worst or best case scenario depending on their evaluation of our 2012 Prius. To make a long story short, the next day we went in and bought the 2018 Prius C. Through the whole process there was absolutely NO pressure for us to buy this car. There was a "little" pressure to buy the extra coverage packages, but that is to be expected, and was nothing like the strong-armed tactics that I have experienced at other dealers. I am 70 years old, and this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had when buying a new car. I could write a book about bad experiences I have had at dealers. Hmmmm....I'm retired, so maybe.... You can look for my new book "BAD DEAL" in your local bookstore, soon to be a hit movie starring Weird Al. Okay, kidding, but.....

New car pwmer
I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trak from salesman Eric Powell who was very through on all aspects I needed to be told concerning my purchase and Terry Smith helped me setup all my features available on the car so I was prepared to leave the dealership assured everything was proper for me plus he took me to the service area and explained this process and I met Kendra who gave me much confidence if/when I needed to bring my car in for service needs. I ordered heated seats to be installed and the dealership gave me a free shuttle trip back to my home and offered to pick me up when my car was complete and ready to take home. All individuals treated me with respect and helped me with any questions I had plus assured me I can call for any issues or questions in the future. I rate this dealership top in my book
