Excellent customer service!

Had not purchased a car in a long time. Prior experiences had not been very good. Did not feel pressured or intimidated. Very positive experience. John in particular was very helpful and made the process very easy. Would be happy to work with him again! Will definitely look at the dealership again in the future.

Twice as Happy

Anyone would be happy buying a new vehicle, but my wife and I are twice as happy because we bought two vehicles. Our salesperson, Mark Pritchard put the fun back into purchasing a new vehicle. He made us feel at ease and very comfortable with the purchase. At first we were planning on only buying a Ford Edge, but my wife was taking some much needed info to the dealership and to Mark Pritchard, at which time she made an inquiry about the Ford Escape. Mark took the time to answer all her questions and took her for a test drive at which time she fell in love with the vehicle. Mark and sale manager David Liebro worked out a monthly payment that was acceptable, so now we're twice as happy.

car buying easy

I liked our salesman, Jack Walsh. He was very clear and explained anything that I had a question on. Car was ready to go. I thought I had a good rate from my bank and they did even better for me. Thank You Joanne. It was a very pleasant buying experience. Had to come back to get some additional items that we had made an appointment for. Thanks to Chris I got home without going through all the traffic mess!

Only dealership I go to

This is the 3rd purchase that I made at this dealership. The experience has always been a good one. The sales staff on the floor exceed the standard of customer service. No matter who you are purchasing your vehicle from the rest of the staff is equally friendly and helpful. We purchased our new F-150 from Ben Aul. This was an expensive purchase and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He actually initiated the e-mail checking to see if I had any questions. The service has always ben excellent and the service department staff is always helpful. I keep my vehicles a long time and I hope Kenny Ross is still here when I need to purchase my next car or truck.

Super Customer Service

Excellent Service

We were extremely pleased with Ryan's customer service. Ryan was very attentive and thorough with the whole process. We told him how much we wanted to spend and he was able to quickly accommodate us with a beautiful fusion. Also, we loved all the warranties that Ford offers. It is nice to know my car is completely covered and now the only worries I will have is someone dinging my doors:) I will have to park further away at the grocery store to avoid this. Thank you, again Amy, Eric, and Logan

Superior Customer Service

My wife and I had been in the market for a new vehicle for about 2 weeks. We knew exactly what our budget was and roughly what we wanted going into it all. We visited several dealerships including #1 Cochran, Nicks Chevrolet, and asked for several other quotes from WPA dealers before settling on going with Kenny Ross. The entire sales team was very friendly from the second we parked the car. They greeted us outside, held the door open and followed through with that customer support all the way though closing. They understood our needs/desires well and did everything they could to meet them without using any pushy sales tactics. In the end they exceeded our expectations and even managed to get us the vehicle we wanted under our budget. My daughter also greatly approved of the pink balloon they gave her. It's the small simple things like that - that made the entire experience feel great. Coupled with the knowledge that they're backed by TrueCar... I know I drove away having made an excellent purchase that will last for years. In fact the experience was so pleasurable that my father is also considering purchasing another vehicle with them in the next several months. I love my dad but it is very surprising to see such a stubborn man who has used a different dealer for 20+ years consider switching. Bottom line... you won'the be dissipointed that you checked out this dealer.
