Buyer Beware…. Honesty and Transparency are sadly lacking at this Dealership. I recently purchased a used car at this Audi Dealership. When we took it for a test drive, we noticed a “smear” on the windshield. We asked what that was and the Sales Associate, Cole, told us it was just dirt. The smear was about 2 feet long and looks like the Windshield Wiper caused it. We didn’t think anything of it at the time. When we came back a second time to look at the car, we noticed the same Smear on the windshield. We asked about it again, and we were told by Justus that it was just dirt. Once again, we took everyone at their word. We purchased the car and I drove it home. We noticed the Smear was still there. I looked at it and tried to rub off a small part of it with my hand, and I noticed there was no dirt on the windshield. It appeared to be a weird scratch embedded in the windshield, which looks just like a smear of dirt that was caused by the wiper blade. I called the Dealership and left a message. Shout out to Ed for calling me back on his day off and he said he wanted to earn my business and to take the car back to the Dealership for them to look at it. He told me to ask for Louis. Ed also told me in a text message that nothing had been mentioned about this to him. My girlfriend’s son took the car to get it checked out. Louis and I talked later that day. Louis told me that the Team at Audi was very aware of the scratch and that was why the car was sold below Kelly Blue Book value. I asked then why wasn’t anyone honest with me, telling me it was just a smear of dirt on the windshield? He didn’t answer the question, saying the scratch was cosmetic and the car runs fine. He did say that if they try to heat up the glass to repair it, it would crack the windshield and he couldn’t do it. I told Louis I did not spend thousands of dollars on this car for a scratched windshield. I ask for it to be repaired or replaced. I’m not trying to take advantage of the system. I’m just asking for everyone to be honest with me and fix the windshield. Had I known there was a scratch in it, I would have bought another vehicle. I was told false information. Why couldn’t the sales associates tell me the truth if indeed they were aware of the scratch? Where is the honesty and transparency? Louis told me he would escalate this situation to his Manager and that I would hear something back by Friday. I hope they do the right thing. I will update this review when I hear something back from them….

Single Mom Charged Double Market Rate - Predatory Practices I leased a 2025 Audi Q5 PHEV from Oakland Audi in 2025 as a single mother. I have always felt odd about the interaction but let it go for a bit because I asked for so many explanations and was assured so many times that they were taking care of me. Through detailed research, I now understand I was charged $47,153 total for a lease that others received for $21,672. Stay clear in particular of Mujib and Frank. And either don't trust Sheik or know that he is not watching how his predatory team operates. What they specifically did so you can avoid their traps: - Pushing me for $15,000 cash down, insinuating that this would get me a better financing rate, without explaining how uncommonly and outrageously high this is for a lease. - Charged $68,435 for a car with approximately $64,000 MSRP (~$4,400 markup) saying this was because the tax incentives were ending so everyone was paying more. - Put me in ultra-low 7,500 miles/year lease despite knowing I drive daily for work and kids. - Told me over and over that they were making sure to get me the best deal possible. The numbers: - My effective monthly cost: $1,310 - Market rate for identical vehicle: $602 - My loss: $25,481 over 36 months I am filing complaints with CFPB, California DMV, and BBB. I'm sharing this review so other single parents and working families don't fall victim to these tactics. I understand now that I should not have trusted their answers, even when directly questioned, and done more of my own research. I hope my mistake will help you all out. I have documentation of all charges, signed lease agreement, and third-party validation of market rates. I'm willing to modify this review if Oakland Audi provides meaningful restitution including waiver of all lease-end fees and credit toward the excessive charges - but most importantly - commits to changing their predatory practices.

Was actively encouraged by multiple reps to come in for a 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron listed around $41.9K. When I expressed serious intent to purchase, I was told the dealership would “take a loss” at that price and that add-ons or price adjustments would be required. Shortly after that conversation, the online price increased. No such conditions were disclosed in the listing, and other vehicles do not appear to have similar requirements. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and never received a call back. Disappointing experience and not what I would expect from an Audi dealership.

Very poor customer service, follow up and communication. It took so long to schedule an appointment. My emails and phone calls were ignored. I had to go to the dealership to speak with Anna for her to speed up the process and she immediately assisted me and an appointment was scheduled quickly. Jamie did not offer and inform me that I could be picked up at home to transport me to the dealership to pick up my car. It was so frustrating: Kudos to Anna Mora!
