I’ve been shopping around for a ramp 2500 truck. I looked at Kendall Dodge in Miami and University Dodge down south. both had trucks but Kendall would not give me a price breakdown and out the door pricing. University dodge flat out lies. as they had several 2022 ram 2500 left overs. all new and cash price was listed at 52465. but when they gave me a price it was 21000 more as the claim it was for the kit on the truck. but the listed price showed it and gave a breakdown. then it gave a cash price which was 21000 less. i spoke with Ray , the sales manager and he claimed it was a mistake. on all 7 ? and all other 2022 1500 leftovers ? as the 1500 left overs have or had a lower cash price but when they totaled the cost, it wasn’t a fair or even a decent price. new 2025 were less than left over 2022 trucks. so i found this one and was given a fair price out the door. i would recommend to make sure to get a second key. as it will cost over 320 dollars for a new key fob and key to be cut and programmed. just fyi. but all in all it was a good experience. just wish the sales people would not be so cut throat. as while dealing with Shelby , i had 4 other sales people try to take the deal away from her and kept calling and texting

Shelby was exceptional. Did not really meet Golden but spoke over the phone once and through email. The finance department I was not crazy about. I worked in the car business for 25 years and was not impressed.

We made a deal on a brand new jeep Grand Cherokee all paperwork completed and arcaded to confirm vehicle pick up On the phone we were told so sorry we made a mistake and the car has a thousand miles and we will make it right for you. We arrived after our 3 hr drive the vecle had 1,800 miles and we were told there is nothing we will do for you The general sales manager woman whose name I don’t recall came out and said we are doing nothing take it leave it. We left it and moved on It was a typical story you hear about car dealers only this is not a story it’s the entire experience
