They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

They were very courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to do anything different or purchase anything more than what I intended. I have been to two other dealerships in Florida, other than Arrigo, and knew I would not do business with them. Arrigo is very professional.

Entire process was efficient and personalized. Strongly recommend working with Ryan, and Chris Walker was a pleasure discussing financing options. They both wanted to understand what was important to our family and presented multiple options/ scenarios that fit our needs. Highly recommend!

Mike. Gave us a very welcoming welcome Sitting down he came across as a well seasoned salesman. Fully understood the line of Ram trucks. He went over the normal back and forth with money items. He was very easy to talk too. He answered all our questions thoroughly in an easy manner. You could tell he was working for Arrigo but you felt he was being very fair to us. All in all mike and Chris made the whole experience very satisfying. After the completed deal mike spent time going over the new items that differed from my last truck. two very good employees you have.

Adrian Martinez was my sales guy, and he was absolutely

Adrian Martinez was my sales guy, and he was absolutely great to work with. He really listened to what I wanted, showed me the exact vehicles I was looking for, offered solid options, and gave me honest, helpful advice. Most importantly, he made me feel like I was in control of my purchase the entire time. Adrian is genuinely an amazing person, truthful, straightforward, and someone you can trust. I honestly wish I had gone to Arrigo first. Other dealerships tried to sell me a used car for the same price I paid for my brand-new Ram 1500 Crew Cab 5’7”. I left extremely satisfied and with a full tank of gas! It was an amazing buying experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Adrian Martinez for anything you need, hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. AAA+++ experience!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Waited over 7 hrs for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment because they couldn't do it right the first time. Then an aggressive service person verbally assaulted me in the service area and began yelling at me. I had never met this crazed person. This happened in front of the Service Manager who did absolutely nothing and then lied to me he would contact me the next day after he "took care of it." But no call. The General Manager, refused to call me and discuss being assaulted by their employee. Last, the Owners, whom also knew about this issue flatly failed/refused to call me. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE ASSAULTED AFTER WAITING QUIETLY FOR OVER 7 hrs in the WAITING ROOM BY AN xxxxxxx EMPLOYEE. MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP IS NO BETTER! SERVICE SUCKS!!!
