Cesar was amazing, he was extremely nice and funny and

Cesar was amazing, he was extremely nice and funny and had a lot of good advice to give. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership so he was very patient. Christopher Walker was also extremely helpful and kind. A lady named Michelle was a little rude to me, I understand she was doing her job and trying to fix a miscommunication on their part, but she approached me disrespectfully. Thankfully they helped make the experience better over all. Thank you so much !!

Amazing experience.

Amazing experience. Drew was fantastic, knowledgeable, and understanding to our needs and helping us find a car for my daughter. Vince, Sales Manager was great as well. Would buy from here again and recommend Drew and the dealership to anyone looking for a car.

All interactions with the personnel were informative. My only suggestion that when you are looking on the internet at advertised specials that they have more detailed information ie qualifications for advertised rebates.

Shane, our salesman, was great.

Shane, our salesman, was great. He knows the Jeep product line well. He was able describe the differences between the models as well as sub-models such as Laredo vs Limited. We told him the options we wanted, and he knew just which version would fit our needs.

I experienced a horrible experience at Napleton

I experienced a horrible experience at Napleton Chrysler,Jeep and Ram Northlake Blvd Palm Beach County Fl. Then when I explained the racist behavior projected to me by a co worker of his,he simply proceeded by telling me he is about to send over a credit application.I was appalled by the lack of empathy and professionalism shown by Sales Manager Eric. So I contacted the G.M of the Store Jhon he asked me before I do anything to come in and speak with him, I told him I have no problem with that, So once I arrived there with my Sign getting ready to peacefully protest against the Dealership. He insisted we could come to some type of agreement with the original reason for my call of purchasing a truck. At first I objected then my coworker asked me to hear him out, so I did. Like I expected he tried to exploit me and my views of my experience at this dealership by telling me he’s giving me 2,500 dollar discount off on a truck I was looking at. I politely declined and told him I don’t want anything from them the level disrespect. This is what these big corporations and there employees do dangle incentives and cash in front of you and everything that they did wrong should just disappear and act like nothing never happened . While believing this is what you’re experience is worth to them. Enough is Enough this is America # End Racism, Chrysler, Jeep,Ram,Hyundai
