Great experience, in and out with a deal close to numbers I was looking for !

Haven't heard from salesman since sale. I live out of town didn't get to test drive truck but 45mph, once on hwy otw home truck shakes like crazy it took 2 trips to detail to clean the truck and replace windshield wiper blades that still wasn't done correctly but I couldn't wait any longer, and to think that you guys charge 2k for dealer fees and want to charge me for some kind of paint protector that wasn't not done at all! So now I have to figure out why my 2022 ram that's supposed to certified from this dealer shakes at 70-75 mph but clearly no presale safety checks or cleaning was done.

Uneque provided quality and friendly service, I would highly recommend him. The only issue I have is that I was notified the following day that there were 7 hard inquiries made on my credit for the loan to purchase the car. Having the credit score that I do shouldn't have required that many hard inquiries which will now impact my credit score. I'm extremely disappointed with this situation.

Our salesperson was great. The dealership was just okay. I don't think I'd go back to them.

As a first time EV buyer, my salesman Jimmy Noel was well versed, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the buying process. I had a few issues with the car from the Factory, and he has remained engaged. Even after the sale is complete. As someone in sales myself, his commitment to customer service is to be commended. The sales manager Rich, was extremely helpful and I’m glad I chose Arrigo to purchase my Hornet.

Every Rep. I was working with from start to end were courteous and professional,but I was expecting at least an half tank of fuel in the vehicle it was also empty can't even make it home without stopping at the pump, over all satisfied
