Needed a new truck after my old one died. Eunique found me another truck that I Love and worked with on my budget.

Jimmy Noel was friendly, professional and very knowledgable about vehicles available at the dealership including all the features each vehicle offered. He took the time to explain everything on the complicated dash board computer. He made what could have been a very stressful situation of leasing a vehicle easy and exciting. He has answered our phone calls weeks after the original lease regarding any questions we have had about the vehicle and we highly recommend him and his supervisor! Jimmy should be receive and award for employee of the month and/or a raise. He was excellent and we recommend Arrigo to all of our friends and family now.

We didn’t get the deal we thought we would get. Have been a customer since 2005 and didn’t get a good deal. Said my trade in was in fair condition when it was in excellent condition. Then we were pressured to spend an additional $3,000 on your advantage plan when we did not want it and refused it. Making people spend that is not right. The only thing we liked was the truck. The truck was detailed poorly Outside was not detailed by hand. Rims and wheel well were not cleaned. Inside was not cleaned well either. Had to put gas in it when we left. Your extended warranty is way to much.

Pleasant experience helpful staff I delt with Boone he's a nice guy and informative. But like any dealership they try and work you along the negotiations line but that's to be expected. Your there to save money and there there to make money after negotiations and not caving I got a fair deal for what I bought
