First and foremost, I believe that Arrigo does not care about the customer in the service department. I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude that a headlight bulb went out. I called them on the phone and asked for a quote to replace it. The quote was for $250 dollars. I made an appointment and waited all day for them to tell me it would cost $1200 because the light bulb was $700, and the front bumper had to come off to replace said light bulb. I denied the job and still had to pay a diagnostic fee. When I finally spoke to the service manager his attitude couldn't have been less caring. I asked why I had to pay for a diagnostic fee if you knew the light bulb was blown. His response was how would they know if it was a light bulb, it could have been the ballast or the bulb, which the ballast would be more expensive. So then why wouldn't someone just tell me right away it is an expensive job ranging from $1200 for just the bulb to over $1500 for the ballast. Because if that was the case, I would have never stepped foot into the service area at all. So down $250 I looked on YouTube thoroughly to see if I found a way to do it myself. Lo and behold I found a video. I removed the light bulb without removing the bumper. Took the bulb to the auto store and bought the same exact bulb for $145 dollars. Went home and installed it myself and it works just fine. So why would the dealership quote $700 dollars for a bulb and $400 for labor, and it cost me a significant amount less with some elbow grease to do it myself. That is the definition of screwing over the customer. I asked for a refund of my $250 and they basically said no. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE.

Bryan was very good, But the gentlemen in finance added a $2000.00 service contract to the deal after I told him that I was not interested in any of the additional service that they offer. As I was going over the finance contract I realize the purchase price was approximately $2000.00 more, I then asked him why difference he just looked at me and frowned and did not give me an explanation. He just adjusted the purchase contract. Finance was a very disappointing experience.

OMG!
OMG!!!!! I really love the atmosphere of the dealership. From Robyn, who helped schedule my appointment, to Nelson, who helped me with my vehicle purchase. Nelson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine, making the experience seamless and easy. He made sure all of my questions were answered and also made sure any issues that popped up during our discussion and test drive of my car were all taken care of before I left the dealership. If in the future I plan to buy another car, NELSON IS THE GOLD STANDARD to ask for, given his knowledge of the cars and his past experience of dealing with vehicle technical issues, his sense of humor, and making sure he can get you all the possible discounts that are possible. Out the door you handed me one key for my car.
Out the door you handed me one key for my car. Now I have to spend $550 for a 2nd key. Shame on you, should have disclosed that. At least you could have a key made at dealer cost. Read the reviews this is Arrigos way. Really sad I did business with you.

Sales was great.
Sales was great. The issue I am currently having is in attempting to gain a second key fob for the 23 Jeep Renegade I purchased a few weeks ago. I was only given 1 key fob. went to your WEB site and made a chat query. I was pointed to MOPAR.com to order the part. I did this and the part was somehow sent to a dealer in Minneapolis. Needless to say, when I showed up for the appointment to program, your parts folks did not have it. I currently can't seem to get the dealer in up north to send the part to you. I hope you can help

We stopped by with the intent to look only but ending up buying when we seen the car dodge charger we were looking for. Adrian, our salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable of the charger. He made us feel very appreciated and important. Very friendly environment. Cudos goes out to Adrian!!!!

Overall it was a pleasant experience as pleasant as buying a car can be. Mr. Badeau was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional . I will not hesitate to buy from him again or recommend him to family and friends. I travelled about 60 miles to get the car not only because of the color choices and the price they offered but also for my telephone experience with them.

Bought a brand new dodge ram.
Bought a brand new dodge ram. Engine light was on , salesman told me it was due to car being jumped and he turned off the light. 2 days later light came back on. I scheduled a service appointment and was told the wiring had been chewed up by an animal. The salesman was so lazy that instead of spending 5 minutes to make sure i wasn’t driving a truck with a serious wiring issue that could potentially jeopardize my safety. The truck had 200 miles on the odometer, and the sales manager told me that it is not the salesmans responsibility to make sure the cars are ready to sell. This took 10 hours of my time since buying a brand new vehicle within a week of purchase. After i picked up the truck once the repairs were complete, the next day much to my surprise i received a check that was made out to the bank that provided me the loan for the vehicle i turned in. They sent a certified check to my home address instead of the actual bank. Not sure if this is a normal experience, but at this point i would advise anyone to spend more money just to not deal with Arrigo.(this will be posted across all platforms if no effort is made to make right this situation)
