This was my first visit to Arrigo Service for my

This was my first visit to Arrigo Service for my certified used 2020 Dodge Journey I purchased at Arrigo 2 weeks prior. The concern was with the backup camera. I was greeted promptly by Christi Santoro, my advisor. The backup camera was faulty but not covered by certified used warranty. Christi looked at the history to see it had been replaced elsewhere before and under parts warranty. After receiving the original paper work copy from the other dealer to verify. My camera was replaced at no cost to me. Christi's job knowledge and professionalism rectified my concern. Her concern for my concern was beyond my expectations and showed me what a valuable asset she is to Arrigo in taking care a of their customers after the sale. I know good service and good service employees as I am a retired GM service employee of 33 years. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and back that up with my experience. Christi Santoro deserves 5 stars plus.

Staff rushed detail and delivery of brand new car.

Staff rushed detail and delivery of brand new car. No instructions on the features of car. Handed over the keys to me at 9PM as the dealership was closing. Detail staff could have cared less. I drove the car home and parked it in the garage. Today, I had to call roadside assistance as the battery was dead. I’m sure the dealership just jumped started the car as it’s probably been sitting on the lot for a long time. Worst car purchase experience ever!

Unfortunately since the dealership has changed hands to The Morgan Group vs Arrigo I genuinely feel somewhat hustled. To pay sticker price for a used car to me seems absurd though they would not budge. Then, to not offer any credit towards my Arrigo Jeep lease of which I had some mileage overage didn’t seem right. To their credit they did offer to post it online (never happened) and did replace two back tires which was causing turbulence over 80mph. My major gripe is that it was promised to check all tires for leaks. I still have the same leak in the front left tire since the purchase of the car on Easter Sunday! The dealership also misplaced personal possessions, promised a check, now I cannot reach Vince the sales manager. There are still problems with my original purchase 1 month after purchase and the sales team could care less. It’s quite funny how I received 7 calls the day I placed an inquiry on the car, though now when I call twice a week for an update I am ignored. If you buy a car here, give it about two weeks after the sale, they will intentionally ignore your calls texts emails and forget you.

Nelson is great!

Nelson is great! He helped from the first day I came to the dealership. He super honest and you can trust him with what he recommends. I will definitely stay in touch with him for future car enquiries, if you need a car just go to him. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

I had a great experience buying a car from this

I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership and i would highly recommend it to my family or friends .the sales man answered and returned all my calls and was very transparent and on top of things during the negotiation process. the dealership is Very clean and they made me feel welcome the moment i walked in Jake the salesman was a pleasure to work with answered any question I had and we got the deal done.i am extremely happy with my purchase of my new vehicle and overall experience!
