Boom is the man. He said he was going to get me the price I was looking for, and he did. I don't know how he pulled it off, but he did. Beat the price of car I had on hold at another dealership. And to to mention Arrigo WPB's car was an upgraded model. Forever greatful.

Dealership was clean. Salesman was to the point and courteous. Sales manager was reasonable on negotiating the price of the vehicle. Car was delivered to us dirty and salesman did not seem to have the time to explain features and setup needed accounts. Overall good experience with dealership, still need to work on details for excellent customer service.

After speaking with the sales Department via phone, they confirmed the price and pertictular vehicle was indeed in stock they even sent me a video walk around of the vehicle. I Proceeded to explain that I did not want to waist time driving there and playing shell games with the vehicles or the Price advertised online. I stated "Is this the price" He replied yes. Well come to find out the vehicle was sold. Rightfully upset I chose a different vehicle, Again this one was advertised online at a price that was not even close to what we were negotiating. After numerous back and forth and concluding a final deal on the vehicle, "I also have to mention the manager signing off on it" I proceeded to finance only to find out the next morning when I had to load the USB on the computer that I was charged $599. for a window replacement and a $300 anti theft coverage. totaling $900 higher then I agreed to and specifically stated I did not want. I emailed the GM and received a call back from financing that they would fix it if I came back in. Purchasing a vehicle should never be this aggravating. Yes it got fixed. But I was not happy. Prior to financing the numbers were all mixed around making it confusing and hard for anyone to understand. It should be very clear that the negotiating price of the vehicle, the trade in price, and the tax and dealer fees, that's it. Flipping around numbers and making up excuses why the contract looks this way is disappointing and false advertising, and poor business tactics. This was my third vehicle I purchased from Arrigo, and I will NOT be loyal any longer. I was never told SORRY and my compensation was four $25 gift cards that have to be used at an exact amount. Annoying!
