I was missing a signature and I went to the dealership

I was missing a signature and I went to the dealership and Ordel and the manager told me that they did not have anything in the PC (nobody call me from the dealership) After 5 phone calls I receive a visit from Odel in my home because I was realty missing a signature but nobody told him in the dealership That why Ordel has 5 over 5 and the dealership 3 over 5

Jorge was professional and really went out of his way in

Jorge was professional and really went out of his way in the whole process of getting the right SUV within my budget and for my family. There were some obstacles in getting the deal done and signed, because we have a newborn, and he drove to our place to not bring in my newborn for some dual signing. The staff that helped me was friendly and helped in their way. Thank you! You made our experience great and will reach out for our future car.

Horrible!

Horrible!!! Try to sell you added items you don’t need. They tell you you have to take them. We all know different. After arguing with 3 different managers. They finally settled on their advertised price. Got a great truck, but will not deal with Arrigo again. It’s a shame. They got me in their door., could have had a satisfied customer, they blew future sales.
