This is the 2nd time I buy a car here and I wouldn’t go

This is the 2nd time I buy a car here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They make it happen for you no matter what. Justyn has helped me for the 2nd time and goes to war for you. Marissa was also amazing and made everything possible for me. I am very pleased with both of them and will definitely come to them again.

I was told 90 minutes for an oil change and I was there

I was told 90 minutes for an oil change and I was there over 3 hours. This place has gone to xxxx since the new ownership. My previous few oil changes have also taken 2 hours. It used to take them no more than an hour. I will not be returning to this location again.

Bryan was polite and efficient.

Bryan was polite and efficient. We were looking for speed of service and reasonable negotiations and we were pleasantly surprised. From the sales to the finance department they were mindful of our time. Even the insurance help was completed with efficiency and politeness.

I was charged a diagnostic fee but you guys don’t have

I was charged a diagnostic fee but you guys don’t have the part to fix the car I put on the service person telephone answering machine. It was OK to fix my ABS system check his voicemail for October 2 and I had to come up to today October 4 to retrieve my engine cover as it was not replace on my car. Please give me my money back.
