I had planed on stopping by to make an appointment. However, I was asked if I had a few minutes and a Tech. would check my vehicle. I was very surprised by that request. Within 10 minutes was finished with the inspection, of the right rear axel. All was good.

Ariel C was so amazing through my service process. He kept me up to date and had videos sent to me in the issue and resolution. He made sure I received a rental car for my warranty repair and checked in with me. His customer service is superior. This location is about 40 minutes from me, but because of him I will continue to use the Okeechobee location.
