I would recommend for warranty purposes. This visit was the 3rd one of about 10, that there wasn't an issue. So perhaps they're getting better. I used to call 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule my L/O/F, and tire rotation, only to wait 3-4 hours. Now I pull up to the express lane for the same work, and out in 1-2 ½ hours.

I took my car in on Monday 8/21 and was told on Friday
I took my car in on Monday 8/21 and was told on Friday 825 (by the selling dealer) that I had to bring it back to the selling dealer because of a tie back policy. I’m out the diagnosis fee which was not written on the invoice but some miscellaneous shop fees were. I also paid for a rental car. I was told I could call my warranty company to ask if my car could be serviced there; however, I couldn’t confirm because the selling dealer service department did not answer the phone. If I could speak to the warranty company in a matter of minutes, why wasn’t the service advisor able to let me know sooner?

This is the second time that this dealership has changed
This is the second time that this dealership has changed terms after verbal negotiation. Adding or removing line items and then slapping paperwork in front of people to sign as quickly as possible, so they won’t notice, is complete and utter nonsense. The first time this occurred, I was promised an additional $3k for my King Ranch Super-Duty that did not materialize in the final sales agreement. This time, you slipped in an Arrigo Advantage Plan that was not part of the original deal an I explicitly said I did not want. Why the xxxx would I pay $3999 for nitrogen and rain-x on a 12 year old truck that already has more than just dings and dents. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. To add insult to injury, on my last diesel I bought from you, you wrote over my Towing Tune that cost me over $1k and then had the audacity to tell me “well, it voids your warranty”. What I do with my vehicle is not up to you! The way I see it, you owe me $3k for my last trade in, $4k for your stupid Arrigo advantage plan, and $1k for my overwritten tune that I had to replace, or a total of $8k. I will never return to your dealership and I will make sure that you get a horrendous review regarding you business practices unless you rectify the situation. I will give you two weeks to address my situation adequately. AND you still owe me a copy of all my documents from the last sale.

I have called maybe 15 plus times this month(August)
I have called maybe 15 plus times this month(August) trying to get a sales receipt from my trade in for my taxes. Talked to 6 or 7 different people, and when I asked to talk to the manager they would not let me speak to him. I will inform the IRS they would not give me a receipt for the sale so I can get my taxes done. What are they trying to hide? I purchased 2 Jeeps from in the last 2 months and I would never buy from them again.

Wow! What a n excellent experience. Paulo is such a kind and patient person. He listened, guided and supported me through the entire process. A great salesman and excellent face of the Dealership. Everyone was great.

I am happy to say that in spite of some initial hiccups
I am happy to say that in spite of some initial hiccups with my previously enjoyed 2022 Grand Wagoneer, the management, service department and sales moved heaven and earth to remedy the issues with my vehicle and get me back on the road as quick as possible. My salesperson Shane Mallonee was responsive even on his day off and got into gear the moment he heard I was having issues with my vehicle and saw through with what he said he was going to do until I was back in my vehicle and down the road. Bill Shaw in management called me directly after my previous review and assured me that he would be following up personally with my vehicle and working with the service department to make sure I got back into it before my roadtrip tomorrow. Also, he added me to a group text with the service advisor working on my vehicle and himself in the chat with me, so we could all be on the same page together. This is excellent customer service and represents something rarely found in the car business or anywhere else. In the service side, Calvin and Mike did a great job staying in communication with me and letting me know where parts were in transit and what was being down to remedy the issues I was having with my vehicle. Mike went on a test drive with me after I returned to retrieve the vehicle to personally show me what had been done and to see that the vehicle was driving correctly. All around I had a fantastic experience with this purchase and even with the service issues with the vehicle, I'm assured in knowing that in the future if something presents itself, these folks are going to be in my corner to make sure I'm back on the road as quickly and agreeably as possible.
