The service was horrible.
The service was horrible. I requested to change service rep/manager, Carlos Castro, due to his lack of knowledge. I spoke with a lady Manager who tried to make it better but was going on vacation the next day and he wasn't change. The car was in the shop for over 4 days and no one bothered to check my warranty, which is full coverage ({Platinum). I have two warranties. No one mentioned me getting a rental until I asked after day two. I feel like it was such an inconvenience and no guidance or care. They didn't do half of what was needed done. After five days in service, they only changed the battery. They recommended for me to buy a tire but failed to recommend the oil be changed even though he could see it was time due to the mileage on the windshield. RPM is losing power and dropping while driving. I also expressed concerns something is killing the battery. It has been changed twice in one year. The change battery is still not showing full. U-connect and front screen turns red and go blank. This issue is still there. The manager stated he can't control that default. Again, I have warranty. Hence, I have to live with a truck that they can't fix or suggestions to fix the problem. This is totally unacceptable.
