Just noticed my bank account this morning and 5k deducted which is xxxxing ridiculous… you called gp to try to confirm, he doesn’t answer. He tries calling u back u decline, then decide to just pull the money anyway. When, he told you to pull it on the first, he even told you he won’t know if he’ll have the money til then but you pushed the delivery fast so u could make ur little cut. Now you xxxxed all my money up too! Not to mention u told me when I signed those xxxxin papers nothing was final…. And what do you know now u don’t know how to answer the phone I’ll be there Sunday (my message to him)

Milot Vancol provided the best car leasing experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. He was extremely professional and helped us with everything we needed. Even after leaving the dealership, he continues to assist us and answers all our questions. Although the overall experience at Arrigo was very good, the service from Leslie Sanchez, who assisted us with the financing, was disappointing. Her lack of professionalism leads me to rate her service with just one star.
