Nicholas was great from when I arrived. I know he is very busy but I had to call to see when my vehicle was ready. I did not receive any messages and the tracking progress app was not loading. They also rotated my tires incorrectly. I had wider tires in the back and I informed them to rotate left to right. Front and back. They did not do that correctly. I had to pay someone else to correct this.

I appreciate that the service department sends a video about my car. My service advisor was super nice and knowledgeable.
