Customer service training should be priority.
Customer service training should be priority. I said this before and I'm still experiencing there's a lack of customer service skills. My appointment was at 7 along with 2 other customers for oil change service. Again they were finished before me. It's 8:30 ish and my Advisor goes to a customer who came way after me to inform her she's almost done. He didn't acknowledge me. I had to inquire with him about my vehicle. I asked for my vehicle not to be washed only to inquire at 8:50 that my vehicle is being washed. I let Miguel know about the long wait and how the 2 other customers left way before me. He said oh really in response to my wait time. No apology or empathy given. Please provide effective customer service training.
