Sales was good the only issue I have is the trade in payoff is taking longer than ever. It’s been 43 days and the payoff has not been done. I have called numerous times and no answer on why.

Terrible! I was looking for a very specific RAM and I saw the truck on the internet. I clicked for more info and was barraged with calls and texts from multiple people, sometimes within minutes of each other. I went down to look at it and asked the salesman for their best price and he came back $13,000 higher than the price listed on the web. He wanted $600 for the keys, wanted to charge for the already installed tinting, and for a ceramic coating that did not exist. I gave him 1 star because 0 is not an option.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Expressed my concern about a possible valve stem leak or bad tire pressure sensor on one of my tires, and was told it would be taken care of. When my vehicle was done I asked the advisor about it, and he told me everything was fine with the tire. Nothing was checked on the tires, and my tires were just rotated. Sti having the same issue as I was prior to bringing my vehicle in.

This was the BEST car buying experience we ever had. We were pretty traumatized by losing our gladiator in hurricane Helene but Chantelle and Alfredo were amazing. They made the whole experience so easy and pleasant! Something I have never had buying a car before!! I usually dread the whole thing but wow we couldn’t believe how great it was. They stayed late and went above and beyond., We came all the way out to Arrigo due to a fantastic experience with the service department last year.
