Not happy with the staff changing constantly and the work that was recently done has an issued and service mngr didn’t offer me a rental so I can bring the car back in regarding something they fix

The finance representative spelled, my name wrong on the contract to TD auto finance. This is causing A problem. TD auto finance said I need a current copy of Social Security card and drivers license and then I have to go through steps, but your finance representative was totally unprofessional because I did not buy an additional warranty and other things from him, he said well then you need to buy me a bottle of whiskey. I’m buying an $82,500 car and to be treated like that is not professional. there were also some scratches from transport on the back of the trunk that I addressed right away, which I was told to come back and they would fix this. I came back on a Wednesday spoke with Kurt. He told me there was no one there to fix it that day to call him in the morning on a Thursday, I called him. He said there was no one there to fix it that day either and that he could not guarantee if I stayed another night that it could be fixed on that Friday. I drove almost 400 miles and spent over $100 in gas and the issue was not addressed . Sorry, but I guess I will have to buy my next car from another dealer because your dealership is terrible with issues after the sale once the sale is made they don’t care.

I brought my vehicle in after hours on a tow truck, i was
I brought my vehicle in after hours on a tow truck, i was contacted via text by Ashley at 7 am that my tire was covered by my roadside hazard coverage and my tire is in stock, it took the entire day for my tire to be replaced i ended up picking up my vehicle at 5:30, i was not provided the option for a loaner vehicle which i didn’t push for because I knew i brought the vehicle in after hours so i didn’t make a big deal of it but when i asked if I could be provided a complimentary pickup my text message was not responded to. I received a text later showing the vehicle was ready this text included a walk around of my vehicle and I noticed they mentioned the tire had been fully replaced and my spare tire had also been placed back in its proper loca, well i never used the spare so i made a mental note of it. When i arrived my vehicle was ready I mentioned to Ashley the vehicle was there the entire day and i wasn’t even provided a quick wash? She politely assured me my vehicle doesn’t fit in the auto wash and promised i would get a hand detailing on my next service appointment, i drove off only to notice my low tire icon was still lit up i drove back and Ashley took the vehicle to the service area and had all four tires filled up for me, i then left and started noticing a rattling in the cab as i was pulling onto the sawgrass, i pulled over and it occurred to me what it was…whomever removed my jack from the passenger seat console just chucked it back in there and didn’t even bother to properly close the plastic lid that houses it and left the bolt on my backseat.This little annoyance is what actually made me the angriest I really could care less that i wasn’t offered a loaner or a pickup, as annoying as it was to wait an entire day to replace a tire, and just the small task of doing a quick vacuum, it really pissed me off that a tool that comes equipped with the vehicle was taken out of its housing and not replaced in the exact same spot and secured the exact same way it was found, I have had my truck a little over a year and in the 3 times i have brought it in for service i have not had one positive experience fortunately my new service advisor Ashley did let me know she has been there for several years so I hope this helps to establish a level im used tounfortunately every other SA i have had has not made the cut at Arrigo they go through them like popcorn at the movies…Arrigo tighten up I purchased this vehicle with every warranty yall offer arrigo Family roadside hazard 7 years unlimited mileage window and dent scratch repair and i dont see the difference when i show up for the smallest detail
