Customer service was excellent but for a oil change 2 hrs waiting time was too much,

Nick always takes care of us and every time we bring the jeep in it’s done in time as promised

Nick was very responsive and stayed on the job to get the truck fixed under warranty

Ashley is simply amazing! I noticed I had an issue with my truck as it was making a rumbling noise in the front. I was freaking out and realized my breaks and rotors were done. My truck was not drivable and I called Arrigo and was told they had 80 vehicles to service last Saturdays and could not take me in till Tuesday! I reluctantly decided to drive over there and just leave the truck there and get a rental despite my truck not being able barely drive. Arrigo was only 5 min away! I was greeted immediately by Ashley! This girl is a rockstar for the service department. She offered help immediately! She listened very intently and noted all my concerns! So important in customer service! Don’t be fooled by the way, this girl knows her stuff! She knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and explained in detail what was going on but of course explained that we still needed to make sure to run a diagnostics on everything to be sure. Ashley is freaking an angel! I was so happy she was working that day! She saved the day! I own a roofing business and am helping ppl right now with their homes due to the storm. If it wasn’t for her, I could not do that. This girl better get a bonus! It’s people like her that are the spine of society and make it enjoyable to go get your car serviced. I can’t give enough praise to her! Thank you again Ashley!!
