This dealership doesn't care about its customers or care

This dealership doesn't care about its customers or care about providing good customer service. All they care about is collecting money. The service center is atrocious. Not only do they provide very slow service, they do not take care of you when they keep your vehicle for a warrantee issue. I have left several messages for the service department and they refuse to return my call. VERY VERY POOR DEALERSHIP.

Second Review: Service Experience Concerns - Arrigo

Second Review: Service Experience Concerns - Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sawgrass, Tamarac I am sharing my second review of Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sawgrass in Tamarac, following my visit on July 30, 2024, for a computer issue with my vehicle. Initial Service The computer replacement was successful, resolving the issue under warranty. However, I was initially asked to pay a deductible, which was later waived. Additional Issues Discovered Upon inspecting my vehicle approximately one month later, I found: •⁠ ⁠Damage to the coolant reservoir, near the repair area •⁠ ⁠A dealership tool left in the engine compartment Follow-up Service I scheduled a follow-up appointment to address the damaged reservoir. Unfortunately, both the Service Manager and Service Advisor informed me that I would be responsible for the repair costs. Concerns I have the following concerns: •⁠ ⁠Initial deductible request despite warranty coverage •⁠ ⁠Damage to coolant reservoir during repairs •⁠ ⁠Dealer tool left in engine compartment •⁠ ⁠Request for payment for damages incurred during service Resolution Request I kindly request that the owner or management contact me to resolve this matter promptly and satisfactorily.
