I was impressed with the service. Also, the finance manager i believe, Alfred, was very easy to talk to too. He made sure my monthly payment was in my budget and worked for me. The battery was covered under warranty, but it took over 3 hours to have it replaced. Too long for the type of work.

Service advisor was good, service went fine and was pretty fast. No appointment but basic Service and tire rotation was less than an hour and a half.

I wanna start off I’m thankful that I got my self in a truck from a Honda 2022 accord sonic grey unfortunately it had to be used cause current finances. I wanna say typical sell sell sell dealership they treat you like family and act all friendly do a huge mighty speech and the minute you leave out the lot no body cares if you have a problem you have to hound them and almost be a parasite to get things done. Felt like if I was patient and didn’t make a rush decision I could have gotten something better
